3.1 The 7-Day Nesting Window
We want your nursery to be perfect. If a bedding set or nursing accessory doesn’t meet your expectations or match your nursery decor, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Return Conditions for Hygiene
Due to the sensitive nature of baby products:
- Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and hygiene seals must be intact.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
3.3 Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects the returned items at our Islamabad hub, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
